DNTP Data Dictionary 2022-Present

DNTP supports FAIR data principles https://www.go-fair.org/fair-principles/. One component of FAIR is to ensure that data are interoperable with applications and workflows, and in particular, that “(Meta)data use vocabularies that follow FAIR principles”.

In support of this aim, DNTP is developing the DNTP Data Dictionary (DDD), a list of terms, metadata and endpoints used in DNTP studies. The DDD is growing as data are consolidated and will be updated or extended approximately monthly. Older versions and change logs will be available. The DDD contains links to external ontologies or other external IDs where available.
