CEBSR Data Warehouse API Documentation and Examples

A selection of NTP data within the Chemical Effects in Biological Systems (CEBS) databases was combined into a single data warehouse (CEBSR), which is now available for querying via an API (Application Programming Interface). The API was developed using the GraphQL language. Queries can be written to include stressor, study, group and other metadata along with summary data. The data currently available include pathology and organ weight summary statistical results, stressor information, and conclusions from NTP technical reports.

DTT Data Dictionary 2022-Present

DTT supports FAIR data principles https://www.go-fair.org/fair-principles/. One component of FAIR is to ensure that data are interoperable with applications and workflows, and in particular, that “(Meta)data use vocabularies that follow FAIR principles”.

In support of this aim, DTT is developing the DTT Data Dictionary (DDD), a list of terms, metadata and endpoints used in DTT studies. The DDD is growing as data are consolidated and will be updated or extended approximately monthly. Older versions and change logs will be available. The DDD contains links to external ontologies or other external IDs where available.
