Abstract

The NTP Historical control database on prenatal developmental toxicity incorporates both maternal and fetal prenatal findings from conducted studies in select species. These historical control data may be supportive for interpretation of experimental results and for evaluating the developmental toxicities of various chemicals. The database will be updated as additional historical control information is obtained in NTP studies.
